Halloween Horror Nights 2026 has announced an all-new Evil Dead haunted house. Fans visiting Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood this fall can experience attractions inspired by the latest installment, Evil Dead Burn. The film is now playing in theaters nationwide.
Directed and co-written by Sébastien Vaniček, Evil Dead Burn is a direct sequel to Lee Cronin’s Evil Dead Rise. Since The Evil Dead’s 1981 release, the franchise has evolved far beyond the physical humor and slapstick of Sam Raimi’s original trilogy and Ash vs. Evil Dead. The new installments adopt a much darker, grittier tone and don’t hold back on intense gore.
Halloween Horror Nights promises to “take guests on a terrifying firsthand journey through the film’s most frightening moments that begin at the Price family’s secluded vacation home in the woods. The nightmare grows more and more fierce as guests venture through the haunted house, encountering ferocious Deadites around every turn before succumbing to the evil forces themselves.”
Beyond the attractions, a highlight of Halloween Horror Nights is the exclusive merchandise. This year, fans can buy a limited-time HHN t-shirt and hat and an acrylic figure that can be displayed alongside the separately sold Infernal Carnival collectible set. The Halloween fun begins on Friday, August 28, at Universal Orlando Resort, and on Thursday, September 3, at Universal Studios Hollywood. Tickets can be purchased on the official website.
