Freddy vs. Jason‘s Jason Voorhees is getting an Ultimate action figure from NECA, and the company has released several photos along with the official announcement. Standing at 7″ tall, the Ultimate Jason (FvJ) is larger than past Ultimate Jasons, coinciding with the character’s larger frame in Freddy vs. Jason. As always, the level of detail is tremendous, and collectors will be happy to know it comes in a window display box featuring poster art from the movie.
Of course, the Ultimate Jason (FvJ) figure comes with many accessories. This includes three removable hockey masks: normal, claw-damaged, and bloody. You also have the option of leaving him unmasked, revealing Jason’s handsome face underneath. The figure also comes with two machetes, with one bloody and one clean. A fire effect accessory can be attached to either machete, giving it the appearance of the flaming machete Jason used as a weapon in the film. Finally, the mama’s boy comes with a teddy bear, because the overgrown murderer is still apparently a kid at heart.
