Following the conclusion of Stranger Things on Netflix, the franchise will be making its return to the hit video game Dead by Daylight. An asymmetrical multiplayer game, Dead by Daylight previously debuted Stranger Things content back in 2019 with the addition of The Demogorgon as a playable killer along with Steve Harrington and Nancy Wheeler as survivors. Now, fans can anticipate other fan favorites soon emerging from The Fog.

Behaviour Interactive has announced Stranger Things: Chapter 2, a new content pack that is set to arrive on Dead by Daylight on Jan. 27, 2026. The content includes Vecna, aka “The First,” as a new killer. With “terrifying mobility,” he will be able to “bend the bend the world around him, manifesting the physical presence of the Upside Down and using it offensively.” The devs also teased that survivors affected by Vecna’s curse will be questioning reality, with Vecna “trading a tough of speed for the ability to inflict direct damage.”

Additionally, Dustin Henderson and Jane “Eleven” Hopper are being added as new survivors. They will have their own unique skills to give them an edge with surviving in The Fog; Dustin’s will involve his quick-thinking and imagination, while Eleven will be able to make use of her abilities as a gifted psychic. Even better will be the additions of fan favorites Robin Buckley and Eddie Munson; the former will be a Legendary Outfit for Nancy Wheeler, and the latter will be one for Dustin. Both Outfits are also confirmed to include original voice lines.
