The seventh Scream movie is set to arrive in February with Ghostface upping the body count on the big screen once again. From the start, the Scream franchise has honored the genre’s most iconic horror movies to come before it, including frequent references to beloved classics. The homages continue with Scream 7, with the newest poster serving as the next big homage.

Shared on the franchise’s official social media channels and designed by Creepy Duck Design, the new Scream 7 poster features Ghostface standing in a doorway against a plain white background. Text on the poster reads, “Welcome to Woodsboro. Where the past never dies!” Big horror fans will recognize the poster as a tribute to the artwork used for The Texas Chain Saw Massacre, Tobe Hooper’s horror classic released in 1974.
