A remastered Skyrim is coming, as well as new content for Fallout 4.
Bethesda Game Studios has revealed today that The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is getting the remaster treatment, with a special edition of the last gen classic set to arrive for PC, PS4 and Xbox One on October 28th this year.

As well as some fantastic looking visual overhauls, the new edition also promises the ability to install mods for use with the console versions of the game. Also, some good news for fans of the PC version…
If you own #Skyrim and all its add-ons or own Legendary Edition on Steam, you'll get a free upgrade to Skyrim Special Edition on Oct 28 #BE3

Add-on content for Fallout 4 was also teased, with the brand new additions of Contraptions, Vault-Tec Workshop and Nuka-World. Settlements will be able to add working machines like elevators as well as cosmetic storage like armour and weapon racks, while Vault-Tec Workshop will take the building underground and give players a chance to construct their own working Vault (including dweller experimentation, naturally). Little was shown of Nuka-World but it looks to be a location expansion in the vein of Far Harbor or Fallout 3‘s Point Lookout.
Fans of the downloadable Fallout Shelter can also expect additional content for their game as well as a new version for PC. You can check out Bethesda’s full E3 video presentation below.
