Following a playtest of Friday the 13th today, the devs unveiled two short teaser videos of the iconic slasher. Fans who have been keeping up with the game via social media, Kickstarter and/or the Virtual Cabin have seen the Part VII Jason – but not like this. Of course, Friday the 13th Part VII: The New Blood marks the first time Kane Hodder portrayed Jason Voorhees in the franchise. He has signed on with the game to reclaim the title once again.
In addition to Kane Hodder, fans will be treated to sound tracks from Harry Manfredini and exclusive kills from Tom Savini. It was announced today that Tom Savini would be included in the game’s panel at PAX West on Sept. 2 at 10pm.
