Get Free Tickets for North Texas Film Festival Screenings this Weekend

The inaugural North Texas Film Festival kicked off this week and will continue today through Sunday at Cinemark West Plano. Thanks to a generous sponsor, free tickets are now available to any remaining NTXFF screening Saturday an Sunday, while supplies last!

To redeem your free tickets, simply walk up to the NTXFF Box Office and say “WE ARE DALLAS FILM” and the team will print your ticket(s). This offer is good only for walk-ups to the Cinemark West Plano box office this weekend.

The Laundromat opens the festival tonight at 7:00 pm. The film is directed by Steven Soderbergh and stars Meryl Streep, Gary Oldman, Sharon Stone, David Schwimmer, and Antonio Banderas. The Laundromat tells the story of a widow who investigates an insurance fraud, chasing leads to a pair of Panama City law partners exploiting the world’s financial system.

In addition, FANGORIA as teamed up with Dallas Film and the North Texas Film Festival to present Poltergeist (1982) with exclusive introductions from the FANGORIA Vault. Directed by Tobe Hooper and written by Steven Spielberg, this iconic horror film follows a family who move into a new house, only to discover it was built over a cemetery and the spirits aren’t happy. After their little girl goes missing into a ghostly realm, they have to venture in to find her with the help of a medium. Starring Craig T. Nelson, JoBeth Williams, Heather O’Rourke, Zelda Rubinstein, Dominique Dunne, and Oliver Robins. That screening takes place at 9pm.
