NECA’s New ‘Halloween II’ Figures Include Loomis, Laurie, and Michael

Halloween II | NECA

NECA has unveiled their new Halloween II action figures based on the classic 1981 horror sequel, and once again, the legendary toy company will have you screaming, “Take my money now!” Giving fans the ability to recreate the sequel’s climactic final showdown at Haddonfield Memorial Hospital, the figures will include Dr. Loomis, Laurie Strode, and, of course, Michael Myers. They’re detailed, they’re awesome, and they need to be mine.

The Loomis and Laurie figures bear the likenesses of Donald Pleasence and Jamie Lee Curtis, and the attention to detail given to these collectibles make them both must-haves. For their part, NECA has made collecting the pair that much easier by putting them together as a 2-pack, and you can take a look at the reveal photos below.

Naturally, you can’t have the heroes of the franchise without their villain, meaning you’ll want to pick up Michael Myers as well to have the full set. NECA has us covered here as well with a new Halloween II Michael, and going by the pictures, it appears he’ll have interchangeable heads to give him the bleeding eye look from the final scenes of the movie. You can see some photos of the figure below.

According to NECA, the figures will also have windox box packaging that’s designed to look like Haddonfield Memorial Hospital. As of now, they’re set to begin shipping in May 2020. You can find out more info and see more photos of the figures by heading to NECA’s official website. Additionally, you can check out the scene which inspired these figures below, courtesy of Fandango Movieclips.

Synopsis: After failing to kill stubborn survivor Laurie (Jamie Lee Curtis) and taking a bullet or six from former psychiatrist Dr. Sam Loomis (Donald Pleasence), Michael Myers (Dick Warlock) has followed Laurie to the Haddonfield Memorial Hospital, where she’s been admitted for Myers’ attempt on her life. The institution proves to be particularly suited to serial killers, however, as Myers cuts, stabs and slashes his way through hospital staff to reach his favorite victim.

  1. I would pay heavily for a Loomis statue from Halloween 5. The black gloves he wore in the later films worked well with the trench coat, and they’d make an incredible figure if they had him wielding that plank he tore from the wall of the old Myers’ place. Outfit him with the heavy walking stick, the silver semiautomatic, the aforementioned board….it would make for a distinctive figure, and probably the very finest way to commemorate Loomis from the later films.
