Cliff Bleszinski (Gears of War, Epic Games) and Alex de Campi (Dracula, Motherf**ker!, Madi) are launching the first issue of their dog-centric comic series Scrapper at San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC) this week. Releasing on Wednesday, July 19, this personal story of love and loss mixes Blade Runner-style action and mystery with friendship, thrills, and, most importantly, man’s best friend.
Those attending SDCC can attend two panels featuring Cliff, Alex, and Scrapper.

Published by Image Comics, Scrapper is a six-issue miniseries that stars good dog Scrapper and his buddy Tank as they face off against the totalitarian forces of a post-apocalyptic future. But when the fight comes to his home, Scrapper will lose what’s most important to him and gain a terrifying truth in the process.
Scrapper #1 releases in comic book stores on Wednesday, July 19, 2023, with the remaining issues launching monthly until December 2023.

San Diego Comic-Con 2023 takes place from July 20th through July 23rd at the San Diego Convention Center.
