Romeo’s Distress is a weird, quirky, genre-bending, piece of “no-budget” filmmaking from director Jeff Frumess.
Synopsis: Romeo’s Distress is a Shakespearean, Gothic, Horror-Thriller that tells a story of a boy name James, his unrequited love for a girl named Jane, and her father’s sadistic (yet dutiful) response to it all.
Jeff Frumess and Nick Bohun (Associate Producer, Sound, Score, Gaffer) spent 15 months on the film, which was partially filmed in Sleepy Hollow Cemetery. It was shot almost entirely in Monochrome by the duo. Check out the official trailer below!
