It’s hard to believe that it has been twelve years since Team Ico created Shadow of the Colossus, and told their wonderful story of saving a child at any cost.
For those of you who don’t remember Shadow of the Colossus, the story is about a boy called Wander, who travels across the Forbidden Land. He seeks to rescue a little girl named Mono by taking down the sixteen Colossi.
Fortunate, a Shadow of the Colossus remake has been announced at this year’s E3. Although there was a remastered version previously released for the Playstation 3, this time they’re giving us a full-blooded remake. A short gameplay video was shown at E3, which brought back feelings of fond nostalgia. It also shows us what we have to look forward to in the incredible graphics update!
So far, we know is that the game is scheduled to be released sometime in 2018, but we’ll keep you updated as we learn more!
