‘I Spit on Your Grave: Deja Vu’ is Now on VOD

Deja Vu LLC has announced the release of I Spit on Your Grave: Deja Vu on VOD. The film was previously released on DVD and Blu-ray on April 23, 2019 and is directed by Meir Zarchi.

I Spit On Your Grave Deja Vu is a direct sequel to the 1978 controversial cult classic I Spit on Your Grave. The film sees now successful writer Jennifer Hills (Camille Keaton) going back to where it all began. Kidnapped along with her daughter Christy (Jamie Bernadette), she is forced to face the wrath of the families of those she got revenge on years ago. The two woman face off against a ruthless gang of degenerates overseen by a violently unhinged matriarch Becky (Maria Olsen), who are looking to settle the score.

Also available on VOD is the documentary Growing up with I Spit On Your Grave by Terry Zarchi, which explores the myths behind the film. Five years in the making, it features never before seen before footage and exclusive interviews. The film that kicked this all off, Meir Zarchi’s I Spit On Your Grave, is also on VOD as well.

I Spit On Your Grave (1978) follows Jennifer Hills (Camille Keaton), an aspiring writer who rents a lake house in the country for vacation. While in the house, she is is viciously attacked and repeatedly gang raped before being left for dead. Hills survives the ordeal and gets brutal revenge on each of the men responsible. The film has been named one of the most controversial movies of all time and has spawned two other sequels- I Spit on Your Grave 2 (2013) and I Spit on Your Grave III: Vengeance Is Mine– as well as a 2010 remake of the same name.
