Trailer: Nicktoons Go Full ‘Smash Bros.’ in ‘Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl’

For gamers looking to branch off from Nintendo’s Super Smash Bros. Ultimate with a quality alternative in style and gameplay, Fair Play Labs, Ludosity, and GameMill Entertainment may finally be providing a suitable one this year with Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl.

Although a full list of characters has not been announced, IGN has released a reveal trailer and a partial list of characters from all different decades of Nickelodeon’s cartoon catalog:

Michelangelo & Leonardo (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles)
Nigel Thornberry (The Wild Thornberrys)
Powdered Toast Man (Ren & Stimpy)
SpongeBob SquarePants, Sandy Cheeks & Patrick Star (SpongeBob SquarePants)
Oblina (Aaahh!!! Real Monsters)
Lucy & Lincoln Loud (The Loud House)
Helga (Hey Arnold!)
Reptar (Rugrats)
Zim (Invader Zim)
Danny Phantom (Danny Phantom)

Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl will include both single and multiplayer modes, allowing local and online support for up to four players in a match. The game will offer 20 unique levels based on Nickelodeon show locations like SpongeBob SquarePants’ Jellyfish Fields, or the Technodrome from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl is set to release in Fall 2021 on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch! You can check out the official trailer below, courtesy of GameMill Entertainment.

With unique move sets and attacks inspired by their personalities, each character has an individual style of play enabling endless action for Nickelodeon’s legion of fans. Select your favorite and then let the intense brawls begin with online and local multiplayer action.
