Toronto Comicon makes its triumphant return to the city this weekend. Taking place at the Metro Toronto Convention Center in the heart of downtown Toronto, the event promises fans and attendees a solid three days of celebrity meeting, geek shopping, and panel watching fun!
The celebrities attending this year’s con include Austin St. John (Power Rangers), Laura Vandervoort (Smallville), Tim Rose (Star Wars’ Admiral Ackbar), Lou Ferrigno (The Incredible Hulk), Aaron Ashmore (Locke & Key), and more! Fans of anime will not want to miss the Sailor Moon reunion happening at Toronto Comicon. Linda Ballantyne (Sailor Moon), Katie Griffin (Sailor Mars), and Toby Proctor (Tuxedo Mask) will be in attendance to sign autographs, take pictures, and have a good time.
If celebrities aren’t your thing, maybe the immense amount of artists are. There are many talented artists attending, including Dave McCaig, Mike Rooth, Suspiria, Johnny Desjardins, Amy Chu, and Jed McKay are just a few of the names you can see this weekend at Toronto Comicon.

Toronto Comicon is also an excellent opportunity to shop, fill gaps in your collections, hang out with friends, support some awesome small businesses and artists, or just take in the sights. Toronto Comicon is always a fun time because it is a smaller convention which makes it easier (sometimes) to move around and see everything you want to see.
If you’re in the area and want to stop by Toronto Comicon, here’s what you need to know. It runs from Friday, March 18th to Sunday, March 20th, open from 10 am-7 pm Friday and Saturday, with Sunday open from 10 am-5 pm. Saturday full-day tickets are sold out online, but tickets good for 2 pm and onwards on Saturday are still available at the box office, as are Friday and Sunday tickets.
