This fall, Zombieland 2 will be hitting theaters, which is fantastic news for anyone who enjoyed the original. For the most part, however, Sony and those involved in the film have kept most details under wraps. While we continue to wait for more information, there are some things we know for sure, which includes the confirmed returns of all four leads from the 2009 film: Emma Stone as Wichita, Abigail Breslin as Little Rock, Jesse Eisenberg as Columbus, and Woody Harrelson as Tallahassee.

According to a new report at Super Bro Movies, however, plot details about the sequel have been revealed. Of course, it’s important to note that this information has not been confirmed by Sony, and is merely a rumor as of now. Still, it does sound intriguing, and would make for an interesting direction if these new details turn out to be accurate.

Reportedly, Zombieland 2 will show that the defacto family from the original are now living it up in the White House. After a fight between Wichita and Columbus, however, Little Rock decides she’s better off leaving with a man she just met named Berkeley. While searching for Little Rock, the group encounters new types of zombies: Homers (dumb ones), Hawkings (smart ones), and Ninjas (deadly ones). Along the way, they also meet a badass female zombie-hunter who matches up well with Tallahassee, who assists in the search for Little Rock.

Bill Murray is also rumored to provide another cameo appearance in the movie. He’ll reportedly be playing himself, along with Dan Aykroyd. Like the other report, this has not been confirmed nor denied by Sony, but is also something anyone who liked the first movie would really love to see.

What is official is that original director Ruben Fleischer and writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick are on board. Zombieland 2 will hit theaters everywhere on Oct. 11, 2019.
