Pringles is paying homage to the hit animated series Rick and Morty by introducing an all-new flavor named after the show’s very popular “Pickle Rick” episode. The product will be available for a limited time on grocery store shelves starting in early February 2020. While pickle-flavored potato chips are not an entirely new concept, it’s worth noting that these will be the first-ever “Pickle Rick” chips.

“We want to do something completely new for the brand for the 2020 Big Game and are thrilled to be partnering with Adult Swim and Rick and Morty, a show which continues to grow in popularity year after year and enjoys a cult fan following,” says Pringles’ senior director of marketing, Gareth Maguire. “We hope the new special edition Pickle Rick flavor will be a hit with the show’s fans.”

For what it’s worth, these chips should be a bit easier to stomach than the previously-released cereal inspired by the classic episode. From Funko, the “Pickle Rick” cereal boxes were filled with pickle-green multigrain rings which were guaranteed to tint your milk green in color. Fortunately, the cereal was not actually flavored to taste like pickles, but referring to the product as pickle cereal sure doesn’t excite the taste buds very much. Still, the box makes for a fun collectible for big Rick and Morty fans, as would this new flavor of Pringles.

“Pickle Rick” is actually the first episode to win Rick and Morty an Emmy. In the legendary episode, Rick literally turns himself into a pickle to avoid attending a therapy session with his family, inadvertently setting himself on a dangerous adventure in the form of a fermented cucumber.
