Nintendo surprised fans with a mini-Nintendo Direct on Thursday where they showed off some new games coming to the Nintendo Switch. Included in the announcements were a handful of 2K titles making their way to the Switch:
- X-COM 2 (with all DLC and Expansions)
- Complete Borderlands Legacy Collection, which includes Borderlands, Borderlands 2, and Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel
- Complete BioShock Collection, which includes Bioshock, Bioshock 2, and Bioshock Infinite, as well as all the DLCs
Personally, I love Borderlands, and BioShock is my favorite game franchise of all time. I look forward to playing the titles once again, but on a totally different console. The thought of a portable BioShock has me extremely hyped. You could actually go play it in a lighthouse! The opportunities are endless.
Additional games announced coming to the Nintendo Switch include:
- Saints Row IV: Re-Elected (coming March 27th)
- Trials of Mana (April 24th)
- Elder Scrolls: Blades (Spring 2020)
- Minecraft Dungeons (Spring 2020)
- Catherine: Full Body (July 7th)
- Burnout Paradise Remastered (TBA 2020)
- King’s Bounty 2 (TBA 2020)
- Fuser (TBA 2020)
X-COM 2, the Borderlands Legacy Collection, and the BioShock Complete Collection are all set to launch on May 29th, 2020.
