‘Elvirus’ Gets a Case of Corona in Elvira’s Newest Video

Elvira is calling herself “Elvirus, Mistress of the Dark” in her latest parody video posted to her online social media accounts. Referring to the contagious Coronavirus that’s changed life as we know it all across the world, “Elvirus” talks about having a “case of Corona,” but it may or may not be what you first think. “It’s me, everybody’s favorite super spreader, Elvirus, Mistress of the Dark, and guess what… I have a case of Corona,” the horror legend says while wearing a medical face mask with a nurse’s outfit. Fortunately, Elvira means that literally, revealing an actual case of Corona beer placed nearby on a table. “But, unfortunately, I don’t have anyone to share it with! I mean everybody’s been so socially distant lately,” she adds, also noting that this is probably for the best.

In the interest of avoiding the real contagion, Elvira also offers a few helpful tips for those watching. “Stay six feet under… I mean, six feet apart from all other walking organisms,” Elvira states. After offering a few other tips, a “To be continued…” message is displayed on the screen, meaning we might be seeing more of “Elvirus” in another video soon to come.

Elvira has been posting lots of entertaining videos in full costume on her social media accounts in recent weeks. Another memorable parody video had the Mistress of the Dark taking on Tiger King star Carole Baskin with her “Big Bat Rescue” spoof with a special appearance from the remains of her husband.
