Ominous and foreboding, the town of Innsmouth has long been known for its sinister mishappenings. For many, it’s the proverbial end of the road; for you, it’s just the beginning of a daunting journey.
Game publisher Assemble Entertainment announced a June 23, 2020, release date for their visual novel The Innsmouth Case. The game, which has you traveling to the sinister seaside town to solve a missing persons case, will be available on Steam (PC), the iOS App Store, and the Google Play store for Android.
Additionally, Assemble released a new teaser trailer, along with a set of new in-game screenshots for both PC and mobile platforms. In the new video, viewers get a taste of all the town has to offer in a witty “Visit Innsmouth” tourism promotion-style commercial.

Synopsis: To solve the enigmatic disappearance of little Tabitha Marsh, the most clever detective is desperately needed. Unfortunately, that particular detective is busy, so the case goes to you! Pack your belongings and prepare to head to the remote fishing village of Innsmouth, as The Innsmouth Case awaits!


Inspired by the fantastical works of H.P. Lovecraft, The Innsmouth Case features a mix of horror and harrowing humor. A game in which every decision counts, and there is far more than one way to successfully solve the case… or fail miserably.
Developed by Robot Pumpkin Games and published by Assemble Entertainment, The Innsmouth Case will come to Windows PC via Steam on June 23 for $12.49 USD. The mobile versions on iOS and Android will be available for $5.49 USD.
