During the Future Games Show at E3 2021, Fallen Flag Studio’s Eldest Souls received a new trailer as well as a release date. The upcoming indie game will be coming to consoles and PC on July 29th, 2021. Check out the new lore-filled trailer below, showcasing the game’s unique pixelated art-style.
In Eldest Souls, the Old Gods have unleashed a devastating ruin upon the world. Farmlands have been turned to arid deserts, the rivers have been reduced to dust. The player, as a lone warrior, is tasked with exploring the expansive Citadel and seeking out the Old Gods with one objective… total annihilation.

Eldest Souls will offer players only the toughest and most immersive combat encounters. Each Old God the player comes across will offer a new and unique challenge. Players who progress through the difficult obstacles will be adequately rewarded with new powers and abilities. The game features many different ways to combine powers and abilities for any build style.
Aside from the brutal Old Gods, players will happen upon unique NPCs as well as intriguing quest lines and menacing mysteries. Through progression, the player will uncover the truth behind the Old Gods and their long-standing imprisonment. Hopefully, in time to stop the destruction overtaking the world.

When Eldest Souls launches digitally on July 29th, it will be available to gamers on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
