Dead by Daylight is an asymmetric survival horror survival game that has been available on PC and just launched on Xbox One and PlayStation 4. The game is making quite a buzz with its upcoming Halloween/Michael Myers DLC, especially after horror fans have had a taste of playing a menacing slasher in Gun Media’s Friday the 13th: The Game. Fans of the game who enjoy making art can now submit their work for a chance to win some awesome prizes.
Dead by Daylight is accepting artwork created digitally or by hand using oil, water-color based paint, pencils, pastels or other drawing elements. It must be entrant’s original work and must contain one Dead by Daylight Killer and two Dead by Daylight Survivors.
The grand prize and runner-up winners will be selected based on the following judging criteria:
- Originality
- Execution (the methods and processes used with the medium selected by entrant to create the artwork).
- Public Appeal (Expert judges factor in votes, in their discretion, received from the Alienware Arena community.)
The top 2 entries win the following prizes:
- Grand Prize: Alienware 13 Laptop and Dead by Daylight Prize Pack
- 2nd Place: Dead by Daylight Prize Pack
How to enter:
1. Create or log in to your Alienware Arena account.
2. Create your original Dead by Daylight Fan Art either digitally or by hand that best meets the contest judging criteria and upload a photo of it on the entry page with an image caption.
3. Your submission must contain one Dead by Daylight Killer and two Dead by Daylight Survivors.
4. Entry period closes July 16 2017, 11:59pm PDT.
5. Public voting is open July 17- July 30, 2017. Spread the word! Tell everyone you know to visit the contest page and vote for their favorite entries.
6. From July 31, 2017 – August 2, 2017, a panel of 3 expert judges will review eligible entries to determine the winners.
7. Winners will be announced on or about August 7, 2017 on this contest page and in the community news section.
