London Toy Fair takes place this week, where thousands of toys will be shown off and revealed. One of the biggest companies dominating the toy world right now is Funko. This week saw the company reveal a ton of concepts and products for toys they’re releasing this year, and there are quite a few surprises. Here are some highlights from the colossal amount of announcements.
Funko’s first announcement was a slew of Batman products celebrating the Caped Crusader’s 80th anniversary this year. We’re getting a Movie Moment and Pop! from Tim Burton’s 1989 Batman film. Going back a bit further, a 1939 Batman Pop! and a 1950 Batmobile Pop! Ride will be coming out this year.

Hot Topic will be getting a couple exclusives, as well, including a Dawnbreaker Batman Pop! (from the Dark Nights: Metal limited series) and an Owlman Pop! figure.
The next big announcement that is sure to get a lot of people excited is Dragon Ball Z. DBZ is one of Funko’s most popular lines, and it looks like they’re just gaining steam. Twelve figures were announced, including four exclusives.
Goten, Goku, Chi Chi, Vegeta, Frieza, Raditz, Kid Buu, and Nappa will all be regular releases. Exclusive releases include Super Saiyan Goten at Hot Topic, Super Saiyan Broly at Galactic Toys, Future Gohan at GameStop/EB Games, and Super Saiyan Gotenks at AAA Anime.

Next up, my personal favorite announcement, are the Overwatch reveals. There are seven figures in this reveal, and they are glorious. We’re getting two 6-inch Pop! vinyls- Bastion and Wrecking Ball/Hammond, as well as Pharah in her Victory Pose, Moira (finally!), Brigitte, Reaper (Wraith form), and D.Va out of her mech. This is a momentous occasion as they’ve finally made every character from the game (for now).
With the show’s final season coming in a couple months, it only makes sense that we get another Game of Thrones wave, and it’s sure to build hype for the upcoming season. We’re getting FIVE 6-inch Pop! figures of the main contenders for the Iron Thrones, on the throne. Daenerys, Cersei, Tyrion, Jon Snow, and the Night King are all included. A White Walker on horse Pop! Ride will also be released sometime this year.
Another awesome reveal also happens to be the smallest reveal, the Lord of the Rings wave. It consists of only one Pop!, but it’s a doozy. Sometime this year, we’re getting a Pop! Ride of the Witch-King of Angmar riding on a Fell Beast from Return of the King, during the Battle of Pelennor Fields scene.
