The free Xbox Games With Gold offerings for March 2019 have been announced. While the PlayStation Plus free games now only offer PlayStation 4 titles, Xbox’s free games span across Xbox One, Xbox 360 and the original Xbox.
1Adventure Time: Pirates of the Enchiridion
Available March 1-31 on Xbox One
Adventure Time: Pirates of the Enchiridion lets players explore the Land of Ooo while playing their favorite characters, Finn, Jake, BMO, and Marceline, who are voiced by the Adventure Time series cast.
Synopsis: The Land of Ooo is underwater and it’s up to Finn and Jake to find out why. Join our heroes as they explore the high seas, search for hidden clues, interrogate shady suspects and fight pirates to solve the mystery and save their waterlogged world!
2Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2
Available March 16-April 15 on Xbox One
This 2016 sequel to Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare (2014) sees plants and zombies battle it out once again. The game introduces a new mode called “Backyard Battleground” that lets you and up to 3 friends can take on daily quests and challenges.
Synopsis: Zombie leader Dr. Zomboss has strengthened his horde and rebuilt suburbia as a zombie utopia. But hope remains, because for the first time the plants are taking the offensive in an all-out attack to reclaim their turf. Play as both the plants and zombies in new 24 player multiplayer and 4-player co-op modes, or go at it solo or in split-screen against the AI across all game modes.

4Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance

This Metal Gear spin-off hack and slash video game takes place four years after the events of Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots and has players take on the role of a cyborg ninja named Raiden.
Synopsis: The game seamlessly melds pure action and epic story-telling that surrounds Raiden – a child soldier transformed into a half-human, half-cyborg ninja who uses his High Frequency katana blade to cut through any thing that stands in his vengeful path.
